Ingredients:
- Fully cooked bone-in ham 5 – 7 lbs
- Brown sugar – 3/4 cup
- Orange Marmalade – 3/4 cup
- Dijon Mustard – 1/2 cup
- Cloves -1 to 2 tsp
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Mix together brown sugar, marmalade and mustard. Set aside
- Score the skin of the ham with diamond shape cuts and insert a clove into each diamond.
- Place ham, cut side down, on a roasting pan and bake uncovered until about 130 degrees (2 hours or so)
- Brush ham with glaze and return to oven to bake until therometer reads 140 degrees. Occasionally return to baste the ham several more times.
- Serve the remaining glaze with the sliced ham.
