Easter Ham


  • Fully cooked bone-in ham 5 – 7 lbs
  • Brown sugar – 3/4 cup
  • Orange Marmalade – 3/4 cup
  • Dijon Mustard – 1/2 cup
  • Cloves -1 to 2 tsp


  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Mix together brown sugar, marmalade and mustard. Set aside
  • Score the skin of the ham with diamond shape cuts and insert a clove into each diamond.
  • Place ham, cut side down, on a roasting pan and bake uncovered until about 130 degrees (2 hours or so)
  • Brush ham with glaze and return to oven to bake until therometer reads 140 degrees. Occasionally return to baste the ham several more times.
  • Serve the remaining glaze with the sliced ham.
