We take the spare ribs and have them cut into 3 inch strips. Cut this way, they keep better in our packaging and fit into a crockpot or smoker. Remember to remove the silver skin before rubbing with your favorite spices.

Ok, I’ll admit that I wish the silver skin on these were removed already since sometimes I forget I have to do this and cook them (in my instant pot sometimes!) – but even then, no biggie! After finishing in the instant pot I’ll put them under the broiler to get a crispy BBQ finish and I’ve got mouthwatering, fall off the bone riblets in about an hour. Is it time for dinner yet?1?
