Oh the adventures I’ve had with this belly! A good friend of mine and I are HUGE fans and have worked with this a few times to try and emulate some of favorite asian pork belly recipes and while one attempt (of mine) was hugely/comically/tragically over salted, I still keep coming back for more cause when you get it right boy, is it RIGHT!
