Chicken Processing 101
A beginner class for those interested in the full circle of the back yard poultry operation. For $45, you learn how to slaughter, pluck, eviscerate, and chill a broiler chicken and then take it home to cook for dinner! You can be as involved and hands on as you are comfortable with. Choose one of two dates: Saturday Nov 21 or Tuesday Nov 24 (comment or email with your chosen date). Plan to arrive at the farm around 11 am - 12 pm and stay for about 45 mins. Please wear a mask.
