four russet potatoes
four links Honey BBQ Sausage
2 tablespoons butter
Favorite shredded cheese (4 oz)
Poke holes in russet potatoes. Coat with olive oil and salt. Wrap in foil and throw on the grill early for about an hour or until done. Turn regularly. Grill sausage links 20 – 30 minutes, turning half way for an even brown.
Split potatoes and top each with 1/2 tablespoon butter and your favorite cheese; fluff the insides with a fork to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Drop in your sausage link and top with your favorite sauerkraut, hot sauce, or grilled onions.
